my original microsoft has been taken by a hacker how do i get it back

I am very sorry about what happened with your Microsoft account and I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, Microsoft support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is to follow the methods indicated in the link below.

Apart from this procedure, unfortunately, there is no other way, as no agent can provide information in this regard.

As has been said using language like that is against microsoft chat regulations so it is likley you were reported through 'chat violations' by the hacker.

If you reported the hacker on the xbox menus providing as much information as possible will help your case get seen to. (you will not know what action is taken other than an 'action has been taken due to a recent report' message)

If you reported them through the game and not via xbox then it is upto the company that make the game how to proceed.

Thanks for getting back to me. As I stated in the original post, I am NOT interested in recovering my MICROSOFT account, which has already been deleted and suspended by the MSA recovery team.

However, I would like to know how I can forcefully change the MSA associated to my Minecraft: Java Edition account as it is currently linked the the hacker's MSA, which I can obviously not access.

I'm not sure what you mean by MS.

It would seem that they take it so seriously that even the account owner can't get back in and because of that the owner wouldn't be able to tell if someone was making purchases because this fictitious hacker has already taken and locked the owner out of
the accounts. How would the owner know? and if the owner can't get back in to tell if this has happened then how would Microsoft know? and if they did know why wouldn't they give it back to the owner in the first place?

I agree with all of you. The number of HACKERS has increased over the last few months. Almost every game I find a Hacker that ruins the fun for all of us. I report them, I message them and I am the one that gets my communications suspended for two weeks.
I Private message enforcement to tell them that they are not doing a very good job keeping the hacks out of the games and I get messaged back that if I do it again I will have some enforcement taken against me.

The simple solution is if Xbox live enforcement did their job these hackers would not be ruining the games months after they have been reported.
