    My order was decided?


    I pre-ordered Call of Duty Black Ops Coldwar the money was taken out of my bank account and then i played it when it was releaced unitil november 17th and now when i try to play the game it says that i need to buy the game again and i didnt get my money
    back. I have tried to get though the contact us but there wasnt an option for this and i am just wondering if there is a way that i can get a download code for the game and if not is there a way that i can get a refund.

    i think you will find the kinect non gaming features to be worth it alone. if they ever have good gaming features that will just be icing on the cake.
