    My One keeps disconnecting me every ten minutes or so!


    Hello, I would be having a normal game Online on Xbox One and after about 10 minutes it would disconnect me from xbox live but as soon as I go back on dashboard/home it instantly connects me again like nothing happened! I have tested my connection MULTIPLE
    times and there is NOTHING wrong at all! Open NAT and passes all tests what is it? Wireless connection BTW! Please Help! It only does it certain days but I just want to get it sorted because there is no point in me having an xbox if I can't play any games.

    MY XBOX KEEPS CRASHING, HOW CAN I FIX THIS.

    My Xbox one s keeps on crashing every ten minutes or so. It is really annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this.

    Keep getting disconnected?

    Having the same issue! It keeps disconnecting every two or three minutes for me. The test connection says its all connected though

    • Are your speed test results reaching the minimum requirement for Xbox one? You can find those requirements on the

    How exactly are you connected to Xbox Live? Are you using a wired or wireless connection?

    So, your xbox disconnects every ten minutes? Is this with every game or one game in particular? Can I also ask how you know there is no problem with your internet provider?

    I have the same issue. Recently we upgraded our router and our mbps and i still keep getting disconnected and i dont know what to do as i cant go wired and it has become annoying as i disconnect every five to ten minutes. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

    I'm able to sign in, but I keep getting disconnected every 15 minutes or so. It's been like this for the past couple days. My Xbox One is perfectly fine, though.

    Thanks, I did go through both pages previously.

    Console worked uninterrupted for about an hour and a half last night. As of right now it's disconnecting only the wi-fi every ten minutes or so.
