My old Xbox 360 Games

Hi i am just wondering that new games that I bought for my Xbox 360 like Call of Duty Advanced Warfare or Destiny (Disc Version) be available on my Xbox One later or I have to buy them back. Thanks

Question on Xbox 360

My actual Xbox live 360 is broken.. If I buy an other Xbox 360, will can play on my old games on my broken Xbox with the new one? And, will can get my old save too?

If you are talking about backwards compatibility then no those games are not on the list of backward compatible games. The xbox 360 discs that work on xbox one can be found here:

www.xbox.com/.../backward-compatibility

If you mean will you get the xbox one version of those games for free then no, you have to buy the xbox one version of the game.

And just to add a bit more info here, as far as games becoming available later, the goal is for 100 or so titles to be available when the feature releases to the public, but with more and more titles being made available on a regular basis. However, I think
the chances are basically zero that any titles will be added to BC which already have an Xbox One version.

On the purchase upgrade side, that's going to be a case-by-case basis - some games have had a "free upgrade" to the new version or deals like that, while others just have to be re-purchased.

none of this bothers me one bit....why.....well my internet is always online plus i wont b playing 360 games on my nice new next gen xbox thats y i am keeping my old xbox 360 iv had my 360 since day 1 and iv only just started playing the old splinter cell
games from the old xbox on my 360 as for not using pre owned games ah well never brought a 2nd hand game anyways

My main concern is when my Xbox 360 needs to download an update to play an old xbox game or even a xbox 360 game. Is this a valid concern?

Did you read my post? Now I can not even access the games/saved games on my old xBox 360. Uploading to cloud is the least if my worries now. All my old games....while still on the xbox 360 hard drive can not be accessed.
