    My old xbox 360 account


    Hi, ive been trying to sign into an old xbox 360 account I know the username and I believe I know the email which is my brothers old email which we both forgot the password to. Ive submitted the form trying to get back into the account more than five times but I have no clue what the xbox ID is I got rid of that xbox years ago. I have original download codes for games that I had on the 360 if that helps. I just need to speak to a real person on this matter which apparently microsoft doesn’t use for customer service anymore.

    When you went through the steps to retrieve your account, what site were you using? One for o2 or the one from

    Microsoft    ?

    And do you still have access to that account on an Xbox 360, if so it should show the email that's associated with that account.

    To clarify, was the last time you logged in 11 years ago? I'm asking because, according to the Microsoft Services Agreement, accounts are automatically closed if they remain inactive for 2 years.

    I'm afraid this would explain why your account is coming up as if it never existed.
