I was wonder if I bought a new copy of Minecraft could you all put my old uuid back on my new account so I can get all my stuff back including my cape or could you all merge it in with my new account I already have as a alternate character like 2 different characters in 1 login that I could pick between

Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge from one account to one another.

With regards to your account being hacked and disabled by Microsoft, you can try to submit an account reinstatement form to reinstate your old account:

However if it doesn't work, I'm afraid it is no longer possible to regain access to your old account and its purchased licenses.

If the account reinstatement is successful, please contact Microsoft Xbox Support as soon as possible.They have the right tools to investigate this issue properly and possibly recover your hacked account on their end. You can reach out to them through this link:

Hey Rodrigo I have now discovered it is not a problem with the microsoft side as it is a problem with minecraft . I have discovered that my premium account now got hacked and stolen, and the email got changed . I belive i have enough proof ,and a friend of mine actually met the person who stole my account . my account has been stolen only beacause my naivity and stupidity . They are asking for 40 dollars and using my account to play on it . I dont know if I lost that account forever . I am replying to you beacause i dont know where else .

im sorry for you but i have the same you must go to the xbox support center and you must go to vritual agent and tell him ''I need to speak to a real agent'' and then you select issue with account and then you enter your phone number to the agent and they will call you next 5minutes you also need 1 more empty microsoft account so they can give you all the things from old account to the new
