    Hey mate,

    Messages don't hang around forever, they expire after 30 days (i think its 30), so you should never keep anything in there that is important.

    If you had a code that you needed to redeem, please post the details of what code it was for, and one of the Support team should be able to help you out My old messages are disappeared. :)

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Unfortunately Xbox Live messages will delete after 30 days. In order for us to look into this further, please let us know which codes you are referring to. Thanks in advance!
