My old Gamertag is showing alongside my current?

Ok i changed my GT as i thought that might give it a "boost to fix the issue" but it did not.

Then i managed to log into - https://account.live.com/?mkt=en-GB

With my login details for Xbox Live and it had my first name down as Mr and my second name down as Campo. This is why my Xbox One was greeting me as "Mr Campo" and not my proper name. Since changing this all seems fixed I have some screen grabs here just
to show the options to fix this... in case anyone needs it in the future and finds this thread.

Thats right. It depends what you have down as your real name. The kids know they are in trouble when I get home from work and it pops up "Hello Shaun" whilst they're playing Minecraft. Lol

I currently have only one profile on my Xbox and it's not set to sign in automatically. Like I stated above, it's the same account, but the Xbox shows my changed gamertag and gamer score, but when I log on with my other devices it shows the old gamertag
and a zero gamer score.

My email was showing alongside my gamertag but I logged into windows live and changed my display name, I'm just hoping that will work. I think if you take the same steps it may solve your problem as well.

You could try removing/re-adding your profile. Once you remove it, restart your Xbox (full shut off and restart). After startup, re-add the profile. Caution, you will need your password to sign in to the newly added profile. If it doesn't help, please
