    Firstly, please understand that I (like many others here) do not work for Microsoft / Xbox. I cannot directly look into your suspension, I can only advise you with the appropriate methods to speak to someone who does have the power to look into your prior
    enforcement.



    I have just popped over to the forum section I provided you with and I can see one thread from today, so it's quite likely that your thread may follow suit soon as they are clearly working in there actively.



    I would hang tight for a few more days and keep an eye on that section.

    xMalakai you are correct . I didn't get a straight answer when I requested a refund. They kept repeating the same line for an answer which did not answer my question. I have now give up . Anything to do with xbox is banned from our house. We sold everything
    to do with it so good riddance to the robbing [Mod Removed] !!!!

    You should of received an email that would of been sent to the email address tied to the account in question, that will have explained the enforcement or highlighted the breached CoC / ToU. Failing that, you can post in the section I linked above and the
    PET (Enforcement Team) will respond to you there.

    sorry console bans are not lifted you will have to take it up with the pawn shop this is why you should NOT buy a used console as you have no idea what the previous user did to it even if you did not do anything wrong you will still have to live with that

    earth am I able to get myself a more severe ban? I've posted in your forums, it seems your administrator keeps deleting the posts after I get an email stating that My post was approved and posted..... This entire forum seems like a runaround loop.... You
    all avoid the questions at hand with generic answers that we already know the answer to.... How about answering a question directly. What do you guys do, when you incorrectly ban an account, as a result of harassment, and abuse of the report/file a complaint
    option? Can I get a direct answer for that???

    They did issue a ban on me for no reason. I was temporarily suspended from communication, making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to communicate to the people who reported me, and 2 days later I was banned from online play. For anyone to say they don't do it for no
