    Howdy. I've got an account that i haven't been able to get to in about 3 years, and it's tied to my very first profile. I remember lots about the profile including the Gamertag. I was close to getting it back about thirty minutes ago but got disconnected.
    I have a reference number if that would help. Thanks.

    if it is a perm ban then yes you will not be getting that account back and when you are banned anything and everything associated with that account is forfeit sorry.
