I've made many mistakes as a 12yr old boy, I , I thought I can probably find out how to get unbanned but instead all I did was a listen to a stupid Youtuber who doesn't know how case reviews work and so I ruined my chance to get unbanned. I just beg for
another chance to get a case going again to prove myself. I'm 15 and my behavior has changed for the better. I was a toxic kid, but I stopped being toxic and have bettered myself for my own good. I hope to get another chance for what I did, because all the
stuff I said was wrong to say, so I beg to come back to this old account. My permanently banned case review is already ruined listening to that Youtuber. My parents wasted so much cash on this account and I can't let it go to waste like this, I beg for a another
appeal if possible.

Enforcement cases are not treated on this forum, and only can be reviewed on Enforcement webpage.

Unfortunately, if you already used your case review and the decision is upheld, there is no other option to get your account back.

enforcement actions on an account. The best way to contact them is through

If it is truly permanently banned, no. Once an account is banned you forfeit anything on the account and there's no way to sign into it to set your Home account. It's always best to set your own console as your Home account.

There has been a glitch with the suspension notifications though that has been telling everyone they are permanently banned when they're just suspended. So you may not be permanently banned.

Customer services can not help with accounts that have been suspended or banned permanently.

I am pretty sure that once an account has been permanently banned the associated gamertag is locked to it.

Hey Ascropian just beware don’t mistake a Account ban with a Device ban. The moderators on here should make clear that there have been false permanent account bans on Xbox over the past couple weeks due to an ongoing glitch. Unless the screen said Device ban specifically and not Permanent account ban, it may just be an account suspension disguised as a Permanent ban. Look on Enforcement sight since it has somewhat been fixed and should now show any current or previous actions and see what it says specifically. If it says Device Ban then sadly there is no fix for that. Good luck 👍🏻
