my number of years on Xbox Live is wrong.

Below my info on Xbox Live it says I have been gold for 5 years but it should say 9, I have been on Xbox Live since Feb 2008, Ive never had a lapse on my subscription. I talked to support on Xbox and they said I have been gold since 2008, but for some reason
it is showing up the wrong number of years. She said,

"What I will be best suggesting then, and for this to be corrected and to show up correctly, would be to have this posted out to our Xbox Live team, however, we do not have a way to reach them out in the
same manner as this which is a live chat, but rest assured that you will be given response accordingly, and in time.

I asked her if my info was correct about being gold since 2008 She said

"Yes, I do see the record here Colton, and yes, I'm pretty certain about it that they should be able to do a refresh for your account, and to show up within the system properly."

My tenure doesn't update!

Hello Mister Mascot! Thanks so much for the reply! I just checked what you said and here is what it shows:

• Xbox.com : 6 years (wrong number)
• Xbox App: 6 years (wrong number)
• Xbox One: 6 years (wrong number)
• Xbox 360: 7 years (correct!)

So it only appears correctly on Xbox 360! I tried removing and redownloading my profile on Xbox One but it still won't change :/

Actually Lost your wrong This person could recieve help from Miss Ermine and her team in the support section. They are simply in the wrkng section.

But i guarantee the tenure on the OPs profile is correct.

The tenure is no longer the number of years you have been on xbox live. The tenure number now corresponds to the number of accumulative years the profile has been Gold.

My account active and gold since 2008 and it displays a 6.

OPs profile avtive since 2008 gold for only 2 of those years.

Have you ever changed between pre-paid cards and auto-renewal? if so, it's possible there was a slight lapse. If so, it should correct itself by your next anniversary date. So long as support sees the correct anniversary date, you shouldn't need to worry.
