    We were unable to turn on your console. Make sure this device is on the same network as your console and your console is set to instant on.

    Hmm,

    My remote power-up (1s over wireless) broke after the October xbox console update.

    and is still broken.....

    It seems that even Logitech has stopped responding on their official thread and I can't get any info from MS about it. My conspiracy theory is MS broke these commands purposefully to push the sale of their official media remote. It's too coincidental that
    the update to enable their own remote also broke third party remotes.

    That could mean your batteries are going bad and need to be replaced. Rechargeable batteries don't last forever.

    The problem is that the problem started when i gently (throw) my remote in rage moment and then i tried it with 6 different brand new batteries....still saying its low and also i just bought a new charger for xbox one remote and welp, still no success :/
    and its funny cause i bought the xbox one and remote only a few months ago ( like 4 months ago)

    Well apparently you broke it then. Guess you need to buy a new one and stop throwing things.

    Xbox elite series 2 controller.

    I also had problems when I sent to repair my elite remote to the point that I had to send it twice and the remote did not end up in good condition and after a week it was broken again unfortunately these are things that happen
