at least keeping as main currencies the dollar and the euro and unlucking to Region free the MR app on xbox

Please have them log in to https://account.microsoft.com and click on the Billing link at the top of the page. The next page should show the payment options including any currency on the account.

If you cannot see the currency then please be sure to log into that site with each gamertag in the home to see if it was accidentally added to a different one.

Ok this is the first I have had a chance to reply sorry.

This is a secondary account since I can't log in with my main account. I have several SRs open with the Advocacy team. One for my Live account, one for billing and one for a separate unrelated issue.

My primary gamer tag is Senior Chupon.

As for the browser question. I have tried most major browsers, all with the same result. On the console, I cannot press X to change to MSP because that option never appears. Keep in mind this is supposedly a beta account so I should not have MSP, but in
fact I do.According to the billing site I have 200 something MSP. Maybe I misunderstood, but when I converted my account from MSP to currency (USD), I thought the currency would carry over like MSP used to. However, when I did the Microsoft account chance
all of a sudden I was back to an account with MSP and my currency was on the original account.
