My new Xbox1 take 2 mins to show up on tv then hangs on the green logo screen

i just got my new xbox1

As i boot it up for the first time . It take 2 mins to show up on tv then it hangs up on the green logo screen

I already tasted it on another tv und changed the hdmi cable but still the same ....

Any one can help

Green screen

when I power on the Xbox one for the first 2 mins my tv doesn't show anything hooked up then the green screen comes. It stays that way for a hour or so then goes black For another 20 mins then turns itself off. I've tried hard resetting power cycling unpluging
everything except power cord and hdmi to TV from the Xbox. My Xbox is maybe 2 years old please help

Sluggish experience

hi

i had the same problems 2 weeks after release,really bad lag on home,then it got to the point on start up that it would just hang on the green logo screen.....then last night nothing at all,turn it on all i get is a black screen,so its getting sent back
to microsoft

The peoblem is that i am not even able to force the device on booting into system update mood ...

Hi Glacier Song 19,

It sounds like an update issue. Try the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool. If that doesn't work, then I would suggest taking back
the Xbox to the retailer for exchange. The only other option would be to send it in for repair using
this link. I would highly suggest exchanging for another new one though.

I have the same problem, takes ages for the TV to receive a signal and when it does, the green screen and logo pop up for about a minute then it goes to the home screen.
