    Hi Support,

    I cannot get my Xbox to turn back on after the aforementioned situation. I have gotten it to start/restart once but when the menu loads none of the icons come up and I am not asked to sign in. Now after attempting a power cycle by unplugging it for a minute
    and then plugging it back in the light comes on but nothing happens for several minutes.

    What happened and how can I fix this? Do I need a replacement?

    Please advise.

    Hi Charlie,

    Sorry to know you are having this issue.

    Please follow the steps below to do an offline troubleshoot:

    1.Power off your console,

    2. Unplug the power cable, wait 30 seconds to a minute, then Plug the power cord back in.
    do not turn on the console.

    3. Press and hold the Pair (sync) button and the Eject
    button simultaneously, and then just one simple Click on
    Power Button; you will hear a “power-up” tone. Keep holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-20 seconds. Then you will hear another tone a couple of seconds apart.

    4. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone. as soon as you see "Troubleshooting" on the screen.

    Once you get that on screen - You can select to restart the console or do a factory reset.

    Thanks for the reply! I definitely tried this several times before contacting you all and have since done a full factory reset. Nearly every time I tried to boot it up into the Troubleshooting/Boot menu, it never made it to that point but have since been
    successful. After reinstalling the two primary games I play, the Xbox becomes frozen on the initial loading screens whenever I try to open them and I have to power down the unit.

    I have printed a shipping label and will be sending the device in for servicing since this is unacceptable for a two-month-old product to be experiencing these types of issues.

    Which game you had zero expectations about that turned out to be one of your favorites?

    I honestly hesitated about Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. After years of not having a decent Star Wars game that really hooked me in, I didnt think I'd enjoy Fallen Order as much as I did. Now I can get enough of it.
