my new xbox one wireless adapter not work on win10 1607, but it works fine on win10 1511

I have a new pair xbox one wireless handles(purchased from official store), I match the handle and the adapter on win10 1511 version, everything is fine, I can play game with it.

but then I want to use them on win10 1607(14393.82), it doesn't work.

I insert the adapter, and wait for install finish. After that, I push the xbox one button on handle, and it start to blink, after a few sesconds, the light is up, so is the adapter.

but after more seconds, both of them just light off.

and everything is fine in the device mananger.

I think it's a bug on 1607 or my system has some issue on this.

do you guys meet this question?

Xbox one wireless adapter no vibration

Hi. I just bought a wireless adapter for Xbox one to play on pc with win10. Installation goes ok VIA Windows update-win10 ofcourse. Controller works ok but i have no vibration at all. I tried Xbox accesiores app and vib are on. Firmware are up to date. Adapter
is an earlier version from 2015. Batteriies new full duracell. Windows update and device manager shows that everything is up to date. Vibrations work on micro USB cable so controller its working 100%.
