My new Xbox One S fan is being loud?

Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand this can be concerning since the console is making a loud
noise.

I would suggesting trying to make sure there is no dust or anything and that the
console is in an open area.
If it appears that there is an internal issue with the fan itself and you believe it could cause an issue. You can always take the console back to the store to replace it if you have the receipt, if not then it would be best to set up a repair. Sometimes the
fan does make a noise but that is the fan working hard when playing certain games or doing certain tasks.

We do have a one year warranty in

If it's new you should still be eligible for a refund at the retailer for a replacement.

Ok I moved it and it has not shut off sense but the Xbox One X Fan noise is not constant and is still loud maybe not as loud as a jet engine like I describe before but still loud way louder than my Xbox One S and OG Xbox One, it would have a fan burst
when I'm playing which is loud and annoying and the fan noise would never be at a constant noise level while I'm playing a game.

My second Xbox one s and the noise is doing my head in it's a loud fan and buzzing is this just me or is this meant to be making this noise

Xbox Series S is not a loud device, my console fan sounds the same when I put my ear very close to the device
