    My New Xbox Console Has Black screen HELP PLEASE


    My Pervious Console was In Perfect shape and Suddenly Had A Black Screen I Went to all Supports and All Tried helping and After Suggested Buying a New Console I now Have a New Console and I've had it for 3 Months and I came home from Work and It suddenly
    Had Black screen It Was Working Normally the day Before I Tried Factory Reset and It Isn't Letting me

    IVE TRIED DIFFERENT HDMI CORDS AND INPUTS

    IVE TRIED ON A COUPLE DIFFERENT TVS

    I Even Waited 10 minutes for it to load on its own and it brought up Factory Reset and After I Clicked "Keep games and Apps" It Frose and still hasn't changed screens it almost been Half and Hour

    HELP PLEASE I Already Wasted Money On a New Console

    Hi,

    I turned my xbox 1s screen override setting thingy from DVI to HDMI and my xbox turned off and has remained on a black screen. I have a digital xbox one and have NO EJECT BUTTON and cannot find a fix at all

    How exactly is it "crashing"?

    Do you get an error message? Or is the screen black when you start the console? Are you able to start a game which then crashes to the Home Screen? Or does the game crash the console so it's restarting?
