My new tv supports 120hz but xbox says it doesn’t

I already responded to you and told you, your TV doesn't support 120 Hz or VRR

Please consult your manual for supported modes

go to settings, display and then change from auto to hdmi and manually select 120hz to see if that will work, if not then thats it, your tv is not compatible.

Yes I did indeed buy an hdmi 2.1 just to get the “120 fps”

I tried looking on my own but couldn't find anything definitive, does this TV have an HDMI 2.1 connection? Are you connected through the HDMI 2.1 port?

Ik, the tv does support 120hz but the frame rate is just 60, even though I’ve tried fps games and the fps spiked little bit to 80 then dropped down
