    I just bought a new Xbox One S and had to create a outlook.com account and password. But my Xbox won’t take the password! Help!

    Combine Xbox accounts

    I created a new Xbox account (on Xbox one) using my Microsoft Outlook email because I could not remeber the password to my old Xbox 360 account. I have recently remembered the password, signed onto it and I am able access the the yahoo account that I made
    it with. I want to combine my old yahoo Xbox account onto my new Xbox (Microsoft outlook) account without loosing any of my old or new save games and data. How do I do this?

    Child account unable to accept new Terms of Use

    I am not able to use my live.com email address to accept the new Terms of Use for my son's XBox live account. I had no issue accepting them for my own account but, when I have my son log in to XBox Live, my email password is not accepted. I have even gone
    so far as to re-set my email password but the new password is still not accepted when I try to log my son in for the new ToU. I do, however, have no issue logging in to XBox.com using my email and re-set password. Any assistance resolving this issue would
    be greatly appreciated.

    Stopped connecting to my wireless network

    I changed my SSID and password, and the Xbox One wouldn't accept the new SSID and password until I cleared MAC address and rebooted the Xbox One.

    Yes. That's what happened. So now I have 2 additional outlook emails that were set as primaries and my original emails were removed. One of the new outlook primaries logs me into my guest account. The other new outlook email takes me to a new xbox account that I've never used before. And neither of the other email addresses work. So I can't get into my main account.

    Dear Microsoft, Don't bother. Not that you were bothered of course because you didn't get back to me. So it turns out that with two step verification, xbox devices have some problems with the password. I started to follow your instructions and gave up
    at the first hurdle when your instructions didn't match the click headers on your own site - I just couldn't be bothered with the faff. I turned off two-step verification and it works fine. Why are Microsoft so useless?

    Locked out of Xbox Live.

    This same thing has just happened to me! I changed my alias, I then tried to log into my Xbox one account and it's asking me for a password for my old alias. Even though I know the password, xbox one is not accepting it..wth? I can log into my account online
    with my new alias (this one) just fine.

    This is beyond crazy! Some help would be most appreciated!

    can not get my xbox one s to accept either my password or if I hit forgot password and go to scrambled letters to try and reset as I input those letters and numbers it just keep

    giving me new scrambled charathers to input. I am at end of my rope here. Is there a live person who can walk me thru this to let me and my grandkids actually enjoy pur new xbox.
