    My new maps Ain't working!


    I purchased them and go to play on the new map attrition and it says that I don't own them and I go to store and it says it has been installed. Did a hard reset and it didn't fix it! Also uninstalled from my hard drive and re-downloaded the maps and it
    still says I don't own the maps. What gives either fix! Or give me my credits back on my account!

    in this case it is best for your friend to check his transactions (for the gifts) at
    http://account.microsoft.com

    and check if the payment went through correctly.

    If the payment transaction doesn't show any issues then it's best for your friend to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support so they can do a more in-depth check into what could have gone wrong

    My Xbox Live ain't working

    So yesterday I bought 3 months of Xbox Live, filled in the code and everything but I still can't play online on any game.

    I have tried it with multiple games but they all say I don't have Xbox Live. Can someone pls help me?

    Yes i bought the season pass when the game came out and i cant play them either and it also takes me to the store when trying to play the new maps.

    Hi there

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Firstly try to do a complete shut down of your console. By holding the power button, on the console. Until it completed shuts down. Unplug the console and wait a good few minutes. Plug the console in and start it up.

    Hopefully that helps.

    But you may also feel free to reach out to support here Xbox customer support


    Alternatively you can try to resync your controller, by tapping the sync button on both the console and the controller.

    Ain't this suppose to be a fast paced game not run towards a certain spot and camp.
