    Hi i just bought a Asus Tuf Gaming A15 with extended 32gb of ram i have it like 4 days and it keeps randomly turning off i updated the graphic card drivers and all the drivers on the pc i also did run the microsoft ram diagnostic tool and it didnt show any errors i dont know what to do do i return the laptop or what pls someone help

    I'm randomly getting similar issues with my Titanfall Controller randomly shutting off after the controller update and I can hear sound out of my new Xbox stereo headset with the headset adapter but nobody can hear me until I restart my Xbox

    Since you did factory reset and power cycle I have no other idea beside that is a some kind of hardware failure. So sorry. Like collegue said, I think that repair is the next step. If your Xbox is under year you must have a warranty. Go and fix it.
