My new laptop can’t use Microsoft store correctly

1. Make sure Windows has the latest update:

Select the Start Windows logo Start button button > Settings Gear-shaped Settings icon > Update & Security Circular arrows Sync icon > Windows Update Circular arrows Sync icon > Check for Updates.

If there is an available update, select Install now.

2. Update Microsoft Store:

Select the Start Windows logo Start button button, and then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more Three-dot More icon > Downloads and updates > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.

3. Repair the app in Windows by selecting Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Then, select the app you want to fix > Advanced options > Repair if it's available, and if that doesn't work select Reset.

1. Laptop 1 - recently added

2. Laptop 2 - old

3. X-BOX

4. Desktop PC

apart from the above, I havent added any device to my list. The new laptop (Laptop 1) which my son is using is purchased outside india and we bought Roblox using Microsoft Store using other currency which is another Microsoft Store Account (User 2). I have
logged out of this User2 and using my account (User 1) and purchased Minecraft in laptop 1 and trying to install and it is failing to install.
