My new iPad mini wont log in to my micrisoft account

Yes, i can do that. It opens my account without any problem. I just tried rebooting the router and the modem to see if that might work, but sadly, no.

I would recommend downloading, if you haven't already, the Xbox app on iOS and check to make sure that you can and are logged in there. That is the first place to check if there are any issues logging in, and if so, it is better at providing error messages
for what is wrong. Try that and let us know what happens and we can further troubleshoot.

So... i thought.. hmm... i wonder if i can still log on to solitaire games on my desktop PC. No problem. Then, i thought, i wonder if the problem is with my iphone too? Nope. Logs on just fine, and is using IOS12,4,1 just like both ipad minis.

So how about my v old full size ipad? Nope, no problem, logs on.

So, take the older ipad mini, and reset it to the factory settings. Nope. Still the same. Its like the xboxlive.com page just wont quite load. And whats with the strange ‘sisu. At the beginning of the web address?

Ok, so that identifies that the issue is with authentication of your account on your specific network which is REAL weird. If you have someone who can check the logs on your router to see what's being blocked when you try to log in I would recommend that,
but more generally I'd check what settings you have for the network on your device. I'm not sure about iOS, but I know Windows has a difference between Public and Private networks which might block certain redirects, like those that happen with MS Account
authentication. See if there is a way to "trust" the network that is giving you problems?

Downloaded the xbox app, logged in with no problem. Solitaire still wont log in.
