    My new controller is not updating


    I just got the new Pip-Boy controller from Design Labs. when I paired it with my Series X, it said it needs an update. When I click the update button, I get the green screen with the controller icon, then it goes black and goes back to the home screen. I went the long way around thru the settings and it does the same thing. I also tried using my controller I had synced and I still get the prompt

    Ive tried redoing the pairing, but it still happens. Any idea what I can do to fix it?

    Hey, I'm having a problem with my Xbox one controller as well. The Bluetooth for it has not worked in a very long time. I can't use it on my computer anymore after the latest controller update. I have tried updating it but there is no updates for it. I would like to be given an old driver update for the controller or redirected to a new one. I only use it for my computer but I'm tired of not being able to use the Bluetooth. Please help. This problem has been around for a year now and I still haven't found an update. I won't buy another controller I don't need. I feel as if this "new" update was intentional so PC players are forced to buy a new controller after updating it on the Xbox.\

    My question is after I update, the "update controller" tab in settings still shows active. How does one tell when there is a new controller update?
