    My new computer won't load any game pass games.


    I Recently built a new computer, and I tried downloading some games on the game pass add but when the download its finished and I click the play button it never starts. I've tried many things. I have tried opening the game as an administrator, I tried resetting the Xbox app and gaming services and nothing. The games that don't include the Xbox app to run, run perfectly, Example: any game that requires de EA app. but the games on the Xbox app won't start at all.

    First, make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for the games you're trying to play. You can find the system requirements for each game on the Microsoft Store page.

    If that doesn't work, try resetting the Windows Store cache. To do this, press the Windows key + R, type "wsreset.exe" (without quotes), and press Enter. This will clear the cache and may help resolve the issue.

    If you have Game Pass on your console it won't work on a computer. You will need to purchase a separate Game Pass only for computers which is 5$ I believe.
