My network does not work wirelessly on Series X.

My Xbox Series X says it is connected to my network but then says "the following services are having issues at the moment" but is blank, not showing what service. When on the home menu, it tells me to connect to the Xbox Network. It allows me to go on the friends, parties & chat, captures, and achievement tabs but they do not work. Example, when clicking on a friend's name in the tab, it is completely blank. When I try to start a party, it gives me an error message about privacy settings, even though all my privacy settings are set to everybody. I cannot play Wi-Fi needed games, as it gives me another and different error message. Although when using ethernet my Xbox works just fine. I have tried resetting my Xbox and router. This issue also happened with my brother's Series X and Series S. All of them, are on the same network. The issue does NOT effect the Xbox One X Scorpio that I own. I have checked to make sure that there is no privacy settings on through my network company (Spectrum) preventing my Xboxes from using the internet. This started happening about a few months ago out of nowhere.

Is this shown as a message or error somewhere? If so is it on the Xbox itself or the router settings?

Is your Series X connected wirelessly or wired? Does the issue persist if you disconnect your Xbox One S from the network?

Does the xbox one run on a different system or server to the seriers x as my xbox one still works

It does bring down my network but only when connected wirelessly.

I’m not sure how to reach these settings, but I’m quite certain it is not an issue with my router. My series x has worked for months before now, and all other devices on the network are working, including my Xbox one and Xbox one x. I have been having this issue since roughly the time that my series x last updated, is it possible that the issue is an overlooked bug in the series x OS?
