Need .gpd profile saves cleaned.

My gamerscore has been reset. i do not want to regain the old score. the save games in my profile need to be erased. i will not be able to earn some achievments without someone erased my profiles save games. they are .gpd files INSIDE my profile. I have
posted before with no help.

OMG, this made it WORSE!

Now I can't even access my saved games!

The I deleted the profile and re-downloaded with my email and login, but instead of my old gamertag, it was the NEW gamertag that I created! All my saves were associated with my OLD gamertag. When I try to move my saves to the new profile, it says "this
item can't be transferred between profiles". Are you serious???? At least before, I could play offline, now all my saves are gone!

Can't you just merge my old profile with my new one? Please help!

Gave my nephew my profile to try on his xbox one X. He was playing it for a hour with no issue.

I just hard rest mine by doing the reset while keeping games and app.

Going to try it myself there shortly and see if the problem is gone.

Thanks for the response but I'm afraid i used a transfer cable, my profile would not be on my old console. Does this mean my achievement is gone ?

Ever since the profile log in issues happened a few days ago my friends list is gone. Shows 0 friends, but when I view a friends profile it shows we are still friends. Ive hard reset, cycled my profile, etc. This is really annoying since I literally
cannot see my friends to play games with. The ones I dont have an open chat with are just gone, I dont have their damn names memorized. Whats the deal here?

Looks like just a bug, but since you already tried to power cycle and remove your profile from your console and add it again, you can try to

Factory Reset your console.

Note: When factory reset you can choose to "keep all my games and apps", this will just "clean install" the operative system in the current version you only will need to do the first configuration(like a new console)

Thanks for trying to help but that couldnt be the problem, on this console I have had a new profile and did not transfer other old ones... and a new question comes to mind: if I buy a new xbox console and say I want to start all from scratch with a new profile,
etc. - how do I delete my old profile to make sure, account/billing details will be save to use on new profile and that all the 'old' data will be gone permanently from the old system and I wouldn't have any problem using them details on my new console/profile(as
stated earlier, I would like a fresh start)?
