    My nephew can't log into his account on my 360


    So my nephew has his account on my xbox 360 and his brothers xbox one. He can log in on his brothers xbox no problem, but my 360 keeps saying his password is incorrect and will only let him use his account if we unplug the wireless from it so it stops trying
    to go online. Any idea what we should do? He changed his password from the xbox one and tried again on mine but no luck. And he no longer has access to the email he made the account with years ago, so what should we do? (Also I deleted the cache and did various
    other things like removing and replacing my hard drive)

    I can't log into my live account, it comes up with this message (

    I have an error message saying your membership is suspended until you pay for it. You'll need to do this on another device.

    On a pc or mobile device, go to https//account.microsoft.com/paynow and fix how you pay for your membership.) I can't remember my password to log in to another device as I can't remember my password or the password to the email I created my account with,
    all the helplines are closed. Can anyone help?

    Migrating a user from an expired family account to another family account

    So I have access to both the previous parent and the child's (my nephew) account. In the parent's account.live account, there are no children listed in his settings. I checked if this was normal, and in fact my account that has people added in family account
    also have no children listed. My nephew tried to add himself on my console again and received this error:

    'Can't sign in using your Microsoft Account. Please try again. If the problem continues, go to https://account.live.com'

    In his live account there are no terms of service or blockings. Is it safe to say we'll need to just call support?

    LEGO marvel superheroes login frustration

    Earlier, my son was playing with one of my nephews. It was working and they were playing the first level. My other nephew tried to take the controller away from his brother to show him how to do something. Kinect saw this, and tried to log him in as somebody.
    This ended the fun, there was no way to satisfy the login screen. No matter what we chose, Guest account, I wasn't recognized, nothing would let it work. Even giving the controller back to his brother didn't help.
