    When I would press on my game (NBA2K17) I will be waiting at the main screen the it will close and it would say that it took to long to start, I would try again and nothing would work

    when I start Nba2k17 after a few minutes it says it dissent start. I've already restarted my consol and all that and it still won't work. WHAT DO I DO????

    NBA2k17 won't work

    To resolve this issue you'll need to factory reset your console but keep your games and apps, this will reset your console's os and allow you to play the game. it's not a solid fix as you'll have to do the same thing again in a couple of days.

    2K servers are having some issues at the moment, best thing to do would be to check the 2K server status pages.

    There is probably something wrong with the 2K Sports server. Therefore it is on the game not Xbox.
