    i cant view my messages on my xbox one they wont load , when someone sends me a message it wont load it ethier i can only send messages out through the person profile/ send message

    xbox isnt sending messages

    I am receiving messages but can't send them on my Xbox thought it was my account hopped on edge with my Xbox signed in on the browser and was able to send one but tried again and low and behold can't send message pops up

    Downloading my profile to my friends xbox.

    im sorry but no one else is logged in as my account at the time of me trying to download. As of last night it wont let me load it up on my own xbox either. It brings up the same message.

    Blocking people actually doesn't block them completely

    When you block someone on Xbox One they can still still send you messages>>however, you wont received them. But I have heard cases here the messages were send to the messages request section of the messages. Also, they can still search for your gamertag
    but it won't show anything your doing>>>you just show up as offline for them. And yes, they can still follow you by adding you as a friend.

    On Xbox 360, if you block someone they can't send you messages, if they search for your gamertag it wont show up, and they can't add you as a friend.

    I wish blocking was the same as Xbox 360. Maybe one day!

    Nah, the messaging is still the same as it was. It won't load any of my messages and I can't send any out. Only on this account and not on my other accounts.

    Hey Kraze -

    First thing to try is going to be holding down your power button for roughly 10 seconds and then booting everything up to see if that helps. If that didn't help, let's have you try >>removing
    your Xbox Live profile    << from your Xbox One console and then trying again.

    Let us know how it goes and if we need to look into alternate solutions. :)
