My nba 2k20 slow installation on xbox one

I bought the nba 2k20 legends edition. After microsoft's initial problems, it was working finally. I accidentally uninstalled it. When I try to reinstall the game using the disc, it is taking forever. After 48 hours, it is still only at 18% What can
I do?

Maybe a hard reset can help.

Hold down the power button until the Xbox shuts down.

Then unplug the power cable and wait for 5 min before plugging it back in.

That might solve the problem

Check your internet connection make sure everything is connected. Also make sure you don't have anything else playing in the background (close apps).

I would try and reboot your modem and hard reset your Xbox.

Now that you mention it, I also had the same exact issue when I tried to install NBA 2K20 a few months ago. But NBA2K19 installed just fine. Just 2k20 and 2k22.

I have an issue with my games updates on xbox one that i started experiencing 4 days ago with forza horizon 4 and then nba 2k20. I received an 11.9mb update for forza horizon 4 on 17 april 2020 which kept recurring after completion. I removed
the game and i am installing it again right now. Yesterday i began to have the same issue with nba 2k20 with a 3.2mb update. So the problem is with a very small size update that recurrs after each completion
