I pre ordered the gold edition of nba 2k17 and i haven't received any of my bonus dlc content for the game

Did not receive VC & Bonus Digital Content for NBA 2k17 Legend Edition

I purchased NBA 2K17 Legend Edition ($79.99) but I cannot get any of the bonus digital content or VC to download.

I can see the DLC purchased under My Xbox -> My Games.

Any help on how to get it on the Xbox would be appreciated !

Sorry to hear about the issue. All pre-order bonus content should be available in-game. There wasn't any content related to NBA 2k17 that was sent over Xbox Live messages.

I have had the same exact problem, my guess is that Watch Dogs 2 uses a file that NBA 2k17 also uses and XCC detects it as NBA 2k17.
