My NAT Type on my network settings says unavailable?

I couple of weeks ago, I noticed that I was unable to chat with my friends because I was unable to connect to a party, and my multiplayer gameplay wouldn't work. I then did a test on my multiplayer connection and the results were that I was missing a teredo
IP address. My father and I looked into many possible solutions. We tried all the solutions that would fix the xbox side of things but that didn't work. Then we focussed more on our router and modem. All our settings looked normal and we even ran some updates
and unplugged both for a short amount of time, but nothing. We even tried the solution xbox gave for that error message but that did not work either. I am now becoming more desperate for a solution because nothing seems to be working. I need a solution on
how to set your NAT type off of unavailable from a router a modem which are both controlled off a MAC computer.

Can't connect to Xbox Live - "Service info is unavailable"

I can't connect to XBL. Connection test is fine "everything is good" but it says "Service info is unavailable" in my network setting below where it says nat type: open. Any suggestions? I was playing AW and my controller froze. Restarted my system and now this.

On my Xbox one it says i got a double nat message and if i test my network connection it says im connected but if i test my multiplayer connection or nat type it says my "network isnt setup"

P.s

My friend has an open nat and i have a strict and i still cant join him on any game i thought strict nats could join an open nat type
