My nat type is unavailable

cant join online sessions, tried everything from the support page, reset console to factory, enable ipv6. My ps4 on the same network works fine getting a nat type 2 when i test it. Help its so frustrating!!!!

Your router would assign your xbox a new internal IP every time it reboots, this would usually be one of the reasons for a strict or moderate NAT type but it could solve the situation you're in now.

Portforward has a good guide on how to set up a static IP adress for your xbox one.

The same thing is happening to me, it says nat unavailble at home, when I'm at a friends house in his wifi zone when his xbox has an open nat and mine still says nat unavailable. This is an xbox problem and they need to fix it fast because I've been without
for almost 4 days.
