My NAT Type is Unavailable, but everything else is Available..?

If your NAT is unavailable, that would likely be why you're unable to connect to the Black Ops 3 servers.

Are you connected to your network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable? If you're using a wireless connection, try connecting using an Ethernet cable. A wired connection will almost always be the optimal way to use an Xbox One on your home network. I'd also recommend
working through our
NAT error troubleshooting guide as this can hopefully help you get you a NAT of some sort.

Give all that a go and let us know how it goes.

I did try to clear the MAC address and it did work, my NAT type changed to open and i thought everything was fixed. I got on again today and it said it was not working again. My NAT type says open but when i check NAT it says it is unavailable.

Have you tried testing your NAT type in the network settings?

Mine normally starts at moderate and after I press the 'test nat type' button twice it will change to open, hopefully this will work for you as well.

Ive tried that and it still says NAT Type: Unavailable and yes i have reset my router to no avail.

and it shows that im connected but no network unavailable and nat type unavailable
