My nat type bar is gone and I can't play on my Xbox 1 :/ need help

I haven't been able to play on my Xbox one for a couple days . I've spent hours on chat support and on phone , my mat type bar under the wired connection portion under current net work status is just gone and when I test multiplayer connection it says I
need a teredo address i need help I really wanna play my Xbox !

Can't sign in on xbox one after some kind of update this morning

I can't sign in either and my nat type has gone strict since the first update please help I need to play!!!

 

Buffer bloat

Every time I go into any game especially call of duty I would be on a 3 bar connection for 20 seconds or so then it would shut down and go on a 1 bar connection for a good 1 minute I've done research and they said it could be Somthing called buffer bloat,
also I need help checking my ping on my cmd I remember talking to an agent and they said go to cmd then type in ping 2 Somthing else then I got and average ping of 700. I need to know how to decrease my ping to 200 or so because I can't have the gaming experience
I deserve. I have a westell modem I use Ethernet my nat type is open but dose not make a difference. Pls help I used to get 4 bar connections now it droped to 1 bar

 

Did it previously work with the same router?

If so than fully shut down the xbox one. To do this press and hold power button for about 5 seconds until console shuts down. When light on power brick turns orange you should disconnect the power.

Next disconnect the power to your router.

Wait a couple of minutes the power on your router then wait for it to fully connect to the internet.

After router has fully connected, power up the xbox one and switch on.

Then do network test again.

If you still get a Teredo error then post the make and model number of your router and tell us what support had you doing.

A last resort is to factory reset the xbox one as there has been reports of that fixing teredo errors for some. Although that should be last resort.

 

If it came out of a sudden and was working properly before the factory reset of your One is the only solution unfortunately.
