My nat says open on the network page but not when i test it half the time

Alrighty, so did a factory reset on my router. Has the current firmware. No ports opened, no DMZ mode. UPNP Is enabled.

When I turn on my xbox it says the nat is STRICT. When I run the Test Multiplayer Connection, its says everything is good. I push LB+RB+LT+RT to bring up the detailed network page. Once it loads, it says "Your network is behind a cone NAT" .... is this not
an open NAT?

I tested the NAT type and it says Open. Tried it 3 times in a row and it kept saying "Open"

Tested the "network speed & statistics" and it says 145.90Mbps download and 99.40 upload right now. Also says packet loss 0% and MTU 1480, latency 49ms and Wireless strength 92%. (When I ran the Speedtest on my iPad on the same network right now it says
208 down and 233 up).

Tested the Multiplayer connection and it says "it's all good, there are no problems" etc.

Tested NAT again for the heck of it and it still says Open.

Open. This false positive is because your network device has already mapped that port based on the prior test. Restarting your network devices first is the only way to ensure an accurate test.

When you run the network test on your Xbox One does it say your NAT is Open, Moderate or Strict?

Why do you not use UPnP? That is what I use on my router and my NAT type is open. Many times when you show a moderate NAT when testing from network settings once you go into a game like COD it will go to a strict NAT.
