    When ever i try to edit my profile ( like the bio and name) it says i am not allowed because the phrase i used was not allowed. WHen i tried to put in "Chase" which is my name under the name section it says " your name contains a word of phrase that isn't
    allowed." any help?

    1. What's the exact error message?

    2. What is your language/locale set to?

    3. Can you set your real name if you go to
    http://www.live.com    , select <Account settings> (top right) and then change your display name?

    4. Is your Microsoft account a child account?

    5. Are you entering exactly "Jesus" or are you using accents (e.g. Jesús) etc.?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to choose a Gamertag that isn't allowed by the system. There are a few different reasons why a Gamertag might not be allowed, and I'm afraid there is no way to get around this.

    It’s not allowing me to share my real name.

    maybe it has some banned words or etc usually you don't want to use your real name as a gamertag fyi
