    my my suspension time end on april 5th 2:02am n i still cant send messages or hear people


    i got communication banned on 03/19/17 n this one ended april 3, but then i got another one 2 days after for harrassment and abuse witch dosent make any sense if i was already comms suspended i wouldnt be able to speak/hear anyone i think enforcement make
    a mistake n i wonder if u guys can lift this n i called support to chat with a virtual person n it says that my ban started on march 22, 2017 n it ends on 06/30/17? witch i dont understand cause it said i served my time on april 5th 2017 at 2:02am it ended
    but now its saying its until june 30th of 2017 please help i want to understand

    communication suspension is done but i still cant send messages or talk with a mic

    my suspension ended today april 5th at 2:02am in the morning as of now 4:37pm i still cant send messages nor can i use my mic to talk idk what the problem is if anyone knows what the problem is please reply to this post thanks.

    i just got off my communication suspension today at 2:01am of april 5th i cannot send messages or hear anyone can anyone explain to me what is the problem

    Sorry to hear it. Please double check the date/time that the action began as an enforcement only lifts at around the same time that it started.

    If it is beyond that time the please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug it and let it sit for 5 minutes to see if that helps.

    If you check our Xbox Enforcement page, does it show any current enforcement actions? Additionally, do you happen to have an email from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team (XBLPET)? I would check the email
    inbox for the Microsoft Account you are using for your Xbox Live account for an email from that team, which may contain further information.

    My account suspension is over but people still can't hear me.

    I am having the same issue!!!!! Mine ended at 8:00 AM EST this morning. I can hear people, join party, and send messages, but no one can hear me! I went to the website and read my case and now is says there is a permanent suspension??????

    The message was not on purpose it was auto correct.

    And for some reason they added 8 more days to my suspension and my suspension was supposed to be end on April 1 now it’s April 9 and they never used to suspend me from online multiplayer only messages I rather have online multiplayer unsuspended and messages suspend can you do something about that??
