    My MUWG won't sync with my cloud data


    For some reason, after playing Microsoft Ultimate Word Games for over 2 years, now when I launch the game from y Surface Pro 3 tablet, the game won't sync with the cloud and won't even start. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've already tried uninstalling
    and reinstalling the game. And my tablet and Microsoft Store are up to date.

    From all I can tell, I believe the problem is that my cloud data for Microsoft Ultimate Word Games is corrupted, and that's preventing me from syncing. Is there a way to erase my Cloud Copy, and then sync my local data back up to the cloud?

    no, you won't as they are also saved on the cloud. So, once you'll open the game it will sync the saved data.

    The Reddit workaround doesn't work for me anymore, and when trying to sync my data from the cloud it takes close to 20 minutes to reach 99% and stalls there for a while then fails. This is the only game that won't sync for me. The save data is only 8.8
    MB, this shouldn't be happening. I mentioned the sync issue to some friends, literally every single one of them are experiencing both the Calibration issue and the save sync issue.

    Changing from local storage to cloud storage

    When you chose local storage then it most like synced with the cloud overwriting the data stored there so you won't be able to recover it.
