    When I sign into Xbox it tells me that I'm online. I can send and receive messages but cant join or make a Xbox live party. Then when I get onto Halo 5 or Black ops 3 and try to play a multiplayer game it tells me that my multiplayer privileges are not enabled,
    but the day before I was playing multiplayer, no problems. I have already tried to purchase a new month of Xbox live, and it told me I can only have one subscription at a time. Is this some sort of ban ?

    When I sign into Xbox it tells me that I'm online. I can send and receive messages but cant join or make a Xbox live party. Then when I get onto Halo 5 or Black ops 3 and try to play a multiplayer game it tells me that my multiplayer privileges are not enabled,

    Hey there wilson82nd!

    Are you by chance using a child account? If so it sounds like the adult account tied to yours will need to be signed in to make changes to your Xbox Live privileges.

    Hey there,

    Base from your account showing here, you're subscribed to a gold subscription. Even if its just a month free trial, there's no difference with other paid subscriptions. Everything should be usable for you. Unless, your privacy settings is set to disable
    your multiplayer privileges. Then that could cause you to unable to play any multiplayer games online. If you're suspended or banned, you should get a prompt immediately when signed in.

    Hey there wilson82nd!

    Are you by chance using a child account? If so it sounds like the adult account tied to yours will need to be signed in to make changes to your Xbox Live privileges.

    Multiplayer Issues

    Xbox Live may not always work for all forms of multiplayer if, for example, you're using a Gold trial code. I suggest signing out of your account on the console and/or giving your console a power cycle... if you've made any major changes to your Xbox Live
    account subscription-wise.

    I've also glanced at your profile and it says you're playing multiplayer on Battlefield 1 right now, which is where the "Missing multiplayer privileges" error message originates. Have you already got your problem fixed?

    Yes, I know and it is entirely unfortunate you cannot play split screen on multiplayer!

    I have an Xbox One, Malacath. I will log in to my account, then I press X on the home screen to change profiles. When I select my daughter's profile it says that it does not have Xbox Live Privileges. Somewhat frustrating.

    Any ideas?
