my multiplayer is not working but it is on in the settings

Just to help narrow it down, which setting exactly are you referring to when you say multiplayer is on?

Also, which game are you trying to play, and are you part of a Microsoft family group? Some multiplayer features can be restricted by family settings even if the multiplayer option looks enabled.

It stays the same. Like all i did was unsubmit then resubmit and then it worked for like 5 seconds and all of a sudden i cant play multiplayer cause of my microsoft account settings. And my privacy settings still say it is enabled for multiplayer.

Okay I got multiplayer to work, I reset my xbox one to default settings but kept the games/apps.

go to your settings and look for the reset option and see if it works!!

my skin is not shown in both singleplayer and multiplayer, I set the skin both from the launcher settings and in the site settings

I tried to repair it but it didn't work
