My Ms Flight Simulator doesn't open why?

Hello, my name is Tiago and I bought the game today thru game pass and just installed it. I noticed this issue, at first opening everything was fine, but then when I close the game and start it again to play, the game doesn't open. I tried the two ways to open the game, by opening the icon of the game on the desktop and in the XBox app.

It appears "syncing data.. " and " lauching game" after that it appears a black window and closes by itself .

I have tried many solutions inclusive many other solutions microsoft community gave and nothing, the issue still goes on.

I hope you can provide a solution to this issue that ocurred since the moment I installed the Game.

Why would you expose yourself ? As a 100% confirmed cheater....

You've been caught, thanks to you're screenshot....

A cheat engine file for Forza Horizon 5, A Microsoft Xbox Studio Game and you show this screenshot on Microsoft Xbox support forum, and i bet the cheat engine is used for the other games i can see. 100% proof of a cheater.

Good Morning Ricardo, so like i told you the game started normaly and did the standard content update after that i closed the game and I went to sleep. And today I tried to open the game and I'm still with the inssue.

I didn't even play the game, in the very first time I instaled it, it came doing this always.

I don't know what is going on...

Have you tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it?

If at first opening worked, please try this

Complete given below directions to reset the game

Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

Hi Ricardo, yes I have tried to uninstall the game and reinstall twice.

Right now I've tried again the solution you gave me because it is not the first time i try that, and the game started normally and it's doing the standart content instalation, so far so good.
