My ms flight sim wont start.

Just to confirm, when you say " I bought Xbox live 24 months gold but can not play my game ms flight sim standaard version. I bought 1 month game pass and that was ok." It means that right now you have game pass ultimate available in your account, right?

If not, please double check if Flight simulator (the base game) appears in your Microsoft account order history with status completed:

**Make sure to select "All available" next to "Ordered within"

If yes, may I know if you tried reinstalling the game?

Exists the possibility that you purchased the game using different account.

If you have more than one email address please check the order history with each one to see if the game appears (don't forget to filter by "all available" as before)

If you're not able to see the item in your order history you may need to reach Microsoft support with proof of purchase, in that way they can look what happened with your game (usually is the order number included in the confirmation email sent by the Microsoft store when you purchase something)

Because without a game pass subscription the games included with it are locked until you decide to renew it

In my games I see ms flight sim x/s, i click on it , the startscreen is ok but instantly I recieve the massage “you are to early… check ms Store for releasedatum” then I can choose in ms Store or cancel.

One year ago I had game ultimate pass, I tried to renew it, family and friends was not possible.

So I bought Xbox live 24 months gold but can not play my game ms flight sim standaard version. I bought 1 month game pass and that was ok.
