Discus and support my movies does not work HELP in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have recently bought a movie on the xbox shop..I wish I had not.     my movies does not work HELP


    I have recently bought a movie on the xbox shop..I wish I had not.

    I installed the my movies app and I watche d 3/4 of the movie that now do not workk anymore due to a lack of connection, that obviously is not the case since everything is working.

    on my xbox one x I:

    disocnnected the modem and reset it;

    cancelled the my movies app;

    cancelled and restored my purchase

    and nothin worked..

    pls any ideas: the movie is for my kid that now is angrier than me...

    VUDU does not work - going on 4 weeks

    I just found "Cinema Now" that will allow me to connect my Ultraviolet movies. But, it would be nice to get VUDU working so I could watch my Disney movies. Also, does cinema now have an app for xbox 360? I can put that on my other console... But Vudu does
    work on my 360.

    How do you remove movies/tv shows from your collection?

    The above method does not work because the issue is with removing a movie from your video library and not an app from your console. movie titles do not show up in my games and apps.
