My movement joystick is wearing out the casing

I've had my xbox one since around February 2014 and the casing around my left joystick is wearing down on the top. Like when I hold it up to move forward its rubbing down and not evenly so its casing slight "catches" to points as if I was on the gamecube
where the joystick casing hole wasn't a circle. Is something like this covered or am i out of luck?

I have an image but the thing wont allow me to upload a picture for some reason

    :)

    HD tv joystick lag

Is anyone having issues with a slight hesitation in joystick movement due to HD tv? If so, what is the solution without lowering my HD resolution?

To be brutally honest, controllers aren't going to last more than a year with heavy use. Especially with action games. Anything over 12 months is usually borrowed time. I've come to accept that most peripherals need replacing every year or so. What I've
learned to do now is buy 2 or 3 controllers throughout say six months, then cycle them, at least then when one goes you have a spare or 2.

Unfortunately my Titanfall controller is starting to show signs of failing. Hopefully they'll release a new Halo or Tomb Raider one this holiday. One controller that has surprised me is my ltd ed 360 Tomb Raider controller, though my 360 sees very little
    use nowadays.

    Controller Issue ?

Controllers do wear out. Every gamer handles it different and your movements will do that to the joystick. Certain games are harder on different buttons. Thats a battlefield controller :) mine looks just like it. Its a battle hardened controller that might
need to be retired. It happens to the best of us.

Xbox One S turns on and displays are OK, but each screen moves the "cursor" to the far right and won't return to normal operation.

    Sync and resyjmc your controller

    You may have stick.drift

Right now.xbox controllers are on sale.or you could.get a new 3rd gen controllers if you are in the us the stealth ultra and victis bFg are out. With hall effect sticks which removes wear and tear issues not to mention Has a DAC and replacable thumbsticks and programmable.keys the new 3rd gen elite will be out later next year

Hall Effect joysticks are a type of joysticks that use magnets and electrical conductors to measure their position, distance, and movement when in use. Unlike standard analog sticks, which use electrical resistance to detect movement, Hall Effect joysticks have no physical contact between the moving parts. This means that they do not wear out easily, and they do not develop stick drift, which is a common pain point for gamers

Right now they only coming out on consoles and pc as expensive controllers but they do come wirh technology that make it worth it like LCD display 1000 polling rate and programmable keys and switchable parts

Xbox one s keeps scrolling down

Joystick drifting is where movement is being detected by the controller even when you are not touching the joystick.
