    My mother's Xbox/Microsoft account hasn't been logged in and we want to use it for Xbox. Help?


    My mother's Xbox username is Mooskie Jay.

    We're trying to get it back so we can play games, but her account email and password is missing. She has not been logged into Xbox since 2012/2013, can somebody help me? Thank you!

    if the account is on the 360 can you get the email address from that if not and no one has used the actual email address for a very long time is maybe gone or maybe in limbo.

    If you cannot get the email address then you may need to contact microsoft help, they will ask you a lot of security questions though.

    We're still able to access the Xbox Account. I think the login username for Microsoft was audrajay for logging in.

    I still have her Xbox on 360, but it won't connect to Xbox Live.

    do you know the email address for the account at all, if not and it has not been used since 2013 there is a strong chance the account would have closed for no use over 5 years. best option if you cannot remember the address or password is to contact Microsoft
    helpline for assistance.
