My mother cant get into her account

my father wanted to play fifa, he turned on xbox and there was message that he need verify email but we cant verify email because my mom have no longer that phone number...i dont know if someone tried to get into that account or something and we tried fill that form 4 times we written everything what we knew and i think that information was enough but still it didnt verify that it is my mothers account so i dont know what to do and why is microsoft trying to guard my mums account from HER

hello, yes so i cant acces it since i already have someone added as a parent, my mother to try and resolve it. but she forgot her password and doesnt know how to fix it. i would help her but i am currently not with her as she is in another part of country

Illia from Darklight Tower is my steward at Lakeview, her destruction magic skills are most impressive, and I gave her, her mothers staff after the battle there, when she was my follower. She is a bad-*** girl. Plus having just "lost" her mother, perhaps
having children around might bring out the protectiveness in Illia, that her hag mother never showed her. Of course I'm reading too much into the AI. But Illia can handle anything that comes snooping around Lakeview and any future kids you might have.

how was it purchased, was it from a code site, if so log in and it should still be under the account, if purchased from the Microsoft store and your mother bought it with her account then the game is tied to her account automatically and there would be no code.
